- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Professional Corporation, a professional corporation formed and registered under the laws of California, USA (“WSGR USA”). WSGR USA is a law firm which operates in the USA and certain parts of Asia and has certain staff members in common with WSGR UK.
- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, LLP, a limited liability partnership formed and registered under the laws of Delaware, USA, which operates in Belgium and provides certain legal services primarily to clients in the European Union.
