Yaron Moszynski is an associate in the Brussels office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity law.

Yaron advises multinational companies and innovative start-ups on complex data protection matters under European and Belgian law, with particular emphasis on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ePrivacy rules, and international data transfers. He has extensive experience guiding clients through comprehensive GDPR compliance programs, managing cybersecurity incidents, coordinating multi-jurisdictional privacy projects, and handling regulatory investigations and enforcement actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Yaron served as in-house counsel at Wise Europe. He previously worked in the Brussels office of Morrison & Foerster.

Yaron is a native French speaker and is fluent in English.
