Vikki Nguyen is Head of Commercial, Emerging Companies, at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.  She is based in the firm’s New York office.  

Vikki spearheads the Technology Transactions team’s work on behalf of early-stage companies, including by:

• Providing clients with efficient, business-oriented legal advice
• Drawing on her extensive experience with the various legal issues faced by early-stage companies
• Utilizing a highly technical understanding of cutting-edge technology and developments

Vikki counsels innovative technology companies and investors on a wide range of legal needs, including company formation, go-to-market strategy, corporate and strategic partnering, commercial contracts, advertising and promotions, M&A, financings, and other legal and business matters. Her clients come from all industries, including SaaS and enterprise software; artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other data-driven technologies; fashion, beauty, and wellness; consumer products; digital health; media and entertainment; and fintech, among others.

Vikki is a frequent speaker on intellectual property and technology issues for emerging companies and an active participant in events and initiatives for founders, investors, and lawyers from all backgrounds. She has guest lectured at law schools including Yale and Cornell.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Vikki worked for Cooley LLP and Gunderson Dettmer in their New York offices.
