Trevor Dorne practices corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he serves as outside general counsel and advises technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development. He advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters, including formation and operation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, public company disclosure, and securities law matters. He also advises venture capital funds on structuring and executing investment transactions and managing their existing portfolio companies.
