Taylor Yi is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is part of the firm's corporate practice. Taylor represents life sciences and technology companies throughout their business life cycle, including with respect to matters of formation, venture capital financings, and corporate governance. Taylor joined Wilson Sonsini as a summer associate, where she assisted with the representation of early-stage life sciences companies.

Prior to law school, Taylor worked at a cybersecurity company in business operations. During law school, Taylor served as the IDEA Legal Fellow for Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator.
