Tara Rosen is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises private technology companies at all stages of growth. She focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, venture capital financings, private mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border expansion.
During law school, Tara worked as a law clerk in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, where she assisted in the representation of emerging companies, and as an intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA. As a student at The George Washington University Law School, Tara was a member of the International Law Review and worked as a student attorney for the law school's Nonprofit and Entrepreneurship Clinic.
