On April 7, 2026, Route 92 Medical, a privately held medical technology company dedicated to improving outcomes for patients undergoing neurovascular intervention, announced a $50 million growth financing led by Novo Holdings. New investor Sectoral Asset Management and existing investors U.S. Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, InnovaHealth Partners, and The Vertical Group joined in the financing round. On March 13, 2026, Agero, a software-enabled driver safety services and technology company, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Urgent.ly (Urgently), a digital software platform that provides roadside and mobility assistance, for a cash price of $5.50 per share. The tender offer and merger are expected to close by the end of May 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Urgently on the transaction.
