Sylvia Koh is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm's energy and climate solutions practice. Sylvia's practice focuses on advising clients across solar, wind, energy storage, CCUS, green hydrogen and ammonia, energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, and other renewable technology industries. She represents emerging and established companies, advising on private equity and project finance, hybrid tax equity finance, tax credit transfers, corporate joint ventures and M&A, and project development.

Sylvia has practiced law in Silicon Valley for several years and has also served as an in-house attorney at the LEGIA Division of the World Bank in Washington, D.C. She is a member of the Environmental Law section of the California Lawyers Association and participates in the San Francisco chapter of the nonprofit Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE).
