Sophie Bucci is an associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises public and private companies at all stages of growth on a broad range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Sophie was a corporate associate at Cooley. Before law school, Sophie worked for Bridgewater Associates, where she consulted investors on portfolio management and macroeconomic matters. She also worked for Principles, Bridgewater’s internal start-up aimed at designing culture and human resources technology tools. Prior to Bridgewater, Sophie worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the investment banking division.
