Shaun Her is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on civil litigations in federal and state courts, as well as government investigations. He has experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, securities class actions, and regulatory enforcement matters.

Shaun has advised corporations, financial institutions, and executives in high-stakes litigation, including shareholder derivative suits, securities fraud allegations, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.  He has also assisted clients with conducting internal investigations related to compliance issues.
