Sebastian Lohmann Garcia is an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice encompasses all aspects of European and German antitrust law. He focuses on high-stakes antitrust investigations, merger control proceedings, and cartel investigations, and advises on EU competition regulations affecting the technology sector, including the Digital Markets Act.

Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Sebastian was an law clerk at the European Commission's DG Competition in the Antitrust-Electronic Communications unit. He gained further experience during his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court Dresden, including stages at the State Competition Authority of Saxony and the Dresden Regional Court's Chamber for Commercial Matters, as well as at an international accounting and consulting firm.

Sebastian is a native German and Spanish speaker, is fluent in English, and has an intermediate command of French.
