Sean M. Wilkinson is a partner in the real estate practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He also advises corporate clients regarding real estate issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.

Specializing in tenant-side commercial leasing transactions, Sean has negotiated hundreds of leases and subleases in almost every major U.S. jurisdiction. His combined deals comprise over ten million square feet of office space, research and development space, lab space, and manufacturing and warehouse space. In addition, Sean has closed sales and acquisitions with a combined value in excess of $500,000,000.

Sean is a lecturer in real estate law at Berkeley Law School.
