Sarahanne Jackson is a partner in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s corporate and mergers and acquisitions practices.

Sarahanne is highly experienced in advising a wide range of clients on complex transactions including private and public M&A, joint ventures, fundraisings, and distressed deals. She has also supported clients in matters of corporate governance and compliance with stock exchange rules in the UK-listed environment.

Sarahanne guides clients on key strategic transactions across multiple international jurisdictions such as the UK, the U.S., Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Japan, and South Korea. In addition to English, she is fluent in French, German, and Spanish.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarahanne was a senior associate in the corporate and M&A department of Slaughter and May in London.
