Roshanne Arathoon is an associate in Wilson Sonsini's Palo Alto office, where she practices corporate and securities law.

She advises issuers and underwriters on capital markets and commercial finance transactions. Her capital markets work spans convertible, high-yield, and investment-grade note offerings; at-the-market programs; and equity derivatives transactions. On the commercial finance side, Roshanne represents borrowers in secured and unsecured debt facilities, including venture debt, revolving credit facilities, and syndicated term loans.
