Rosalind Schonwald is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the technology transactions practice.
Rosalind negotiates, drafts, and counsels clients with respect to various technology license and commercial agreements, including end user licenses, development and consulting agreements, and enterprise customer agreements, among others. She also advises and assists clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and reviewing disclosure schedules, revising merger agreements, and conducting due diligence review of material agreements.
