Rohena Rajbhandari is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the Antitrust and Competition practice. Her practice encompasses a broad range of government-facing civil and criminal antitrust matters, as well as advising on mergers and acquisitions and compliance counseling. Rohena has represented clients in the life sciences, healthcare, retail, defense, and technology industries. 

During law school, Rohena interned at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in the chambers of the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson. She also externed at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement Unit. In addition, as a student attorney for the Boston College Immigration Clinic, she represented two clients in their habeas petitions in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to law school, Rohena was a paralegal at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in the Media, Entertainment, and Professional Services section.

Wilson Sonsini Advises Ventyx Biosciences on $1.2 Billion Acquisition by Eli Lilly
On January 7, 2026, Eli Lilly and Company announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ventyx Biosciences, Inc., a San Diego-based clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative oral therapies for patients with inflammatory-mediated diseases. Under the terms of the agreement, Lilly will acquire all the outstanding shares of Ventyx in an all-cash transaction, valuing at approximately $1.2 billion. Wilson Sonsini is advising Ventyx on the transaction.
