Reilly Doak is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice. Her work encompasses a variety of civil and criminal antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Reilly interned in Commissioner Rebecca Kelly Slaughter's Office at the Federal Trade Commission, where she gained experience with government investigations into mergers and acquisitions. She also interned for the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, a trade association representing producers and marketers of distilled spirits in the United States.
