Reese Waters is a law clerk in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his work focuses on enabling clients to develop energy projects.

While in law school, he was a Georgetown AI Association Policy Fellow and Technology Law Scholar, focusing his research on the energy demands of data centers and artificial intelligence. Reese also externed at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Aviation, Space & Admiralty Litigation Section where he helped the U.S. government secure a settlement of over $100 million to restore the Fort McHenry Federal Channel following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

Reese is not admitted in any jurisdiction and therefore not yet authorized to practice law.
