Rebecca also specializes in labor and employment disputes in federal and state courts, as well as corporate employment risk-mitigation consulting. Her practice spans a wide variety of industries, including technology, consumer products, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, industrial and commercial construction, real estate, and financial services.
Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Rebecca was a litigation associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where she maintained both a national and Utah-based practice. Before that, she practiced at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, PLLC, and she was a legal and privacy law analyst at Adobe, Inc. In addition to her experience in private practice, prior to attending law school, Rebecca worked extensively in both local and national politics, including working for a top lobbying practice during multiple Utah legislative sessions, and Rebecca was also a White House intern in the Office of the First Lady Michelle Obama in 2013.
