Rebecca (Becky) Epstein is a versatile litigator serving as senior counsel in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Becky represents companies and their directors and officers in stockholder class actions, derivative suits, and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. Her practice also includes counseling on M&A and corporate governance matters, representing clients in investigations involving government authorities, and conducting internal investigations.
