Randal C. Miller is senior counsel in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation, including cases before state and federal courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and international arbitration tribunals. Randal has successfully represented clients in several technological fields, including pharmaceuticals, communications, internet, and electronics. In particular, Randal has extensive experience handling disputes involving standards setting and (F)RAND licensing, as well as litigation related to generic pharmaceuticals.

Randal also has a strong commitment to pro bono, having assisted several asylum seekers and volunteered at the Elizabeth Frye Society, helping adults and minors navigate the criminal justice system.
