Cooper Aspegren is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law.

Before law school, Cooper worked as a consultant at Accenture Strategy, advising clients in the healthcare, life sciences, technology, and consumer packaged goods sectors on growth strategy and operational improvement. During law school, he worked at Octant, a synthetic biology start-up, and at Covenant, an AI-driven law firm focused on private investors.
