Praatika Prasad is an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s New York office, where she specializes in internet and intellectual property litigation and counseling for companies in the technology, media, entertainment, gaming, and e-commerce sectors.

Praatika represents companies of all sizes in complex, high-stakes litigation concerning online content moderation, Section 230 of the CDA, the First Amendment, copyright, trademark, class action defense, unfair competition law, and various state and local laws. Praatika also counsels clients on a wide range of business and strategy issues, including those related to video streaming, data scraping, automatic renewals, web tracking, artificial intelligence, and privacy.

Praatika maintains an active pro bono practice and is a recipient of the firm’s Pro Bono Service Award, which recognizes attorneys with significant contributions to the firm’s pro bono program.

Prior to joining the firm, Praatika was an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
