Phil Wilkinson is a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on internet, artificial intelligence, and digital media companies’ complex, high-stakes, and cutting-edge legal issues. His previous experiences in private practice, federal clerkships, and government service give him invaluable insights into obtaining favorable results for his clients in and out of court. He has significant experience litigating cases in both state and federal court, at trial and on appeal.
Prior to joining the firm, Phil clerked for Chief Judge Mary H. Murguia of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Rodolfo A. Ruiz II of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He spent his first year of practice as a public interest fellow with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Complex & Affirmative Litigation Team and practiced for a year in between his clerkships as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.
