Omar H. Choudhury is assistant general counsel to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he provides a broad range of advice to the firm’s management team, attorneys, and professionals on matters relating to international risk and compliance. He is also the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, Money Laundering Compliance Officer, and Deputy Compliance Officer for Legal Practice for the firm’s London office.

Prior to joining the firm’s Office of the General Counsel, Omar performed a similar role at another large U.S. law firm based in London for nine years. Omar has been practising in the field of risk and compliance since 2007.
