Olivia Doyhambehere is a corporate associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s emerging companies and venture capital and mergers and acquisitions practices. Olivia’s practice focuses on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work, and she represents high-growth companies, founders, investors, and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions. Additionally, she advises clients in the technology and life sciences sectors across the entire company life cycle, from formation and early-stage venture financings to exit sales and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Olivia worked as an associate in the corporate department of Reed Smith in London.
