Olga Kosno is an associate in the Brussels office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), data protection, privacy, content moderation, and cyber issues.
She advises multinational clients on all aspects of European privacy and data protection law, in addition to current and upcoming EU regulations, including the Artificial Intelligence Act, the Digital Services Act, the Data Act, the Data Governance Act, the Digital Markets Act, the Cyber Resilience Act, and the NIS2 Directive. She also assists clients in navigating U.S. privacy laws, including state-level legislation and federal regulatory developments. Olga’s practice covers a broad range of matters, from advising and litigating on intellectual property and AI-related issues to negotiating and managing IT-related agreements (e.g., software licenses, SaaS, cloud computing, outsourcing). She also advises clients on e‑commerce, internet liability, cybersecurity, and AI-related data protection issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Olga worked in the Paris office of White & Case. She previously served as in-house counsel at Amazon, Google, and Deloitte.
Olga is fluent in English, French, and Polish, and familiar with Russian and Spanish.
