Nikisha Sisodiya is an associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises public and private technology at all stages of growth. She focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, venture capital financings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.

Prior to law school, Nikisha received her Masters of Public Health at Emory Rollins School of Public Health and worked for a health technology company in business development and government contract procurements.
