Nicole Boucher is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the technology transactions group.
During law school, Nicole was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and Women in Technology Law. Nicole also served as a teaching assistant for the Law and Technology Writing Workshop, where she helped students create technology related student notes after publishing her own student note the prior year.
Prior to law school, Nicole worked in academic research at a cognitive science-based research lab dedicated to the learning sciences, including online learning.
