Nathanael Kraintz is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on infrastructure and energy project development and project M&A. His work primarily involves advising developers, sponsors, and investors on the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of projects in a range of sectors, including data-centers, energy infrastructure (like wind, solar, and battery storage), and electric vehicle fleets.

Nathanael’s experience includes advising on, negotiating, and drafting core transaction documents, such as purchase agreements, equity capital contribution agreements, and joint-venture agreements, as well as project development and commercial contracts, such as O&M agreements, supply and offtake agreements, and construction agreements.
