Naman Patel is an associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he works with companies at all stages of development on a variety of transactions, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.
During law school, Naman worked as a legal intern for Judge Christopher Alston in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington.
In addition to English, Naman is fluent in French, Hindi, and Gujarati, and knowledgeable in Urdu.
