Michaela Novakova is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on advising clients on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws and regulations.

Michaela advises companies from a wide range of business sectors on their most pressing data protection and cybersecurity matters, including data protection due diligence, compliance with e-privacy laws, data sharing and data processing agreements, cybersecurity incidents and data breaches, internal and external policy drafting and reviews, and other compliance issues in relation to sensitive data.

Prior to joining the firm, Michaela was an associate on the health & life sciences team at McDermott Will & Schulte in London, where she also trained.
