McKinney’s experience spans all stages of litigation from the pleadings through discovery, pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeal for clients in the technology, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and retail sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, McKinney served as a clerk to the Honorable Stephen Alexander Vaden of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
