McKinney Wheeler is a litigation associate in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice focuses on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including securities class actions, government investigations, multi-district litigation, and antitrust disputes. McKinney’s experience spans all stages of litigation from the pleadings through discovery, pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeal for clients in the technology, pharmaceutical, entertainment, and retail sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, McKinney served as a clerk to the Honorable Stephen Alexander Vaden of the U.S. Court of International Trade.
