Max Levy Tom is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's internet strategy and litigation practice. Max has represented companies navigating the frontier of internet law, including generative AI and the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). He also advises clients on emerging policy issues related to social media and AI. Max has experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, briefing motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Max was an associate in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he focused on intellectual property litigation.
