Matt Watson is a corporate associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and emerging companies practices. Matt works with clients across a range of industries, with a focus on high-growth companies in the technology sector.

Matt has experience advising businesses on complex corporate matters and transformative events, including financings, investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and exits. 

Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an associate in the corporate department of Linklaters in London. He also completed a secondment to the in-house M&A team of one of the UK’s largest publicly traded companies.
