Mary Margaret Meehan is an associate in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises venture-backed private companies of all stages on capital raises and complex transactions. Mary Margaret has advised founders in noteworthy financing transactions involving some of the industry’s leading early-stage and growth investors. She also serves as external general counsel to clients, advising on a variety of strategic and day-to-day legal matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary Margaret worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at Milbank LLP.
