Marsha Sukach is senior counsel in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice covers a broad range of corporate finance and financial restructuring matters.
Her experience includes complex commercial lending and structured finance transactions, as well as transactional and advisory work involving distressed assets and businesses across a variety of industries. She has particular expertise in secured lending, factoring, trade receivables securitization, and developing tailored financial structures to meet specific client goals. She also regularly advises clients in connection with subordination agreements, intercreditor disputes, and debt purchases, and counsels boards of directors with respect to corporate governance and fiduciary duties in evaluating financing options, reorganization strategies, and other matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Marsha was an associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP.
