Maria Zeber is a corporate associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s London office, where she advises founders, emerging companies, and investors on a broad range of corporate matters across the company life cycle, from formation and early-stage financings through exit.

Maria advises clients across a range of sectors, including fintech, green energy, and artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Maria was an associate in the corporate department of Norton Rose Fulbright in London.
