Mallory Phillips is an associate in the Wilmington office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on representing corporations and their directors and officers in derivative actions, merger and acquisition-related litigation, corporate statutory proceedings, corporate governance litigation, and other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mallory completed a clerkship with the Honorable Morgan T. Zurn of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and practiced in the Wilmington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
