Leonard (Yuhong) Song is a registered foreign lawyer in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Hong Kong office. His practice focuses on corporate and capital markets matters, including Hong Kong and U.S. IPOs, follow-on equity and debt offerings, and ongoing public company compliance. He advises issuers and sponsors in the manufacturing, life science, consumer, and TMT sectors.

Before joining the firm, Leonard practiced with other firms in Taipei, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.

Leonard is a native Mandarin speaker. He is also fluent in English and conversant in Taiwanese (Hokkien).
