Khailee Marischuk is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the patents and innovations practice. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution and intellectual property counseling for clients in the life sciences field.
Prior to joining the firm, Khailee obtained her bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia, before completing a master’s and Ph.D. in genetics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research focused on the role of the innate immune response in stimulating neural regeneration following penetrating traumatic brain injury in adult Drosophila.
During her time at the George Washington University Law School, Khailee served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Evan J. Wallach of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She also was an intern for the Transportation Security Administration, where she drafted patent applications for digital identity methodologies and analyzed government agreements for intellectual property concerns, including data rights and trademark licensing.
