Ketan Gupta is an associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice.

Ketan advises on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters. He represents high-growth companies, founders, investors, and financial institutions in the UK and internationally. His practice covers the full corporate life cycle, from company formation and early-stage financings through to growth-stage transactions, acquisitions, and exits.

Before joining the firm, Ketan was an associate in the capital markets department of Sidley Austin in London and in New York, where he advised on a range of debt and equity transactions.

While attending law school, Ketan served as a summer clerk at the Supreme Court of India.
