Kenneth On is an associate in the Century City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he advises clients across the clean technology space, including solar, wind, energy storage, grid services, and electrical vehicle charging.

Prior to joining the firm, Kenneth was an associate at Milbank LLP, where he advised lenders, arrangers, tax equity investors, private equity funds, and other investors in project finance, structured finance, acquisitions and general corporate transactions in the renewable energy and clean technology sectors.

Kenneth attended USC Gould School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Southern California Law Review.
