Kendall Karr is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust practice. Her work encompasses a broad range of antitrust matters, including private litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kendall practiced at the Federal Trade Commission's Anticompetitive Practices division, where she focused on competition issues in various industries. Kendall was previously an Assistant Public Defender in the State of Maryland and a litigation associate at an international law firm, where she focused on antitrust.
During law school, Kendall interned in the Mergers IV division of the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission, where she gained experience with government investigations into mergers and acquisitions. Kendall also served as a writing fellow for the law school’s Lawyering Program, a bench editor for the Moot Court Board, and the Judicial Codes Counselor for Cornell University.
