Katharine (Katie) Martin is a partner in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s Palo Alto office, where she practices corporate and securities law. Katie previously served as chair of the firm’s board of directors, leader of the firm’s business law department, and member of the Policy Committee.

She also has represented underwriters in public offerings and issuers and investors in private equity financings.

On March 10, 2026, BlackLine announced that it entered into a cooperation agreement with Engaged Capital.
