Karl Kobylecki is an associate in the San Diego office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law. Karl advises a variety of public and private clients on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings, licensing deals, asset purchases, and spin-offs. His experience includes compliance with laws and SEC regulations, restructuring matters, and extensive research on corporate governance and takeover defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Karl worked as an independent equity derivatives strategist, and was previously an associate at DLA Piper LLP in Palo Alto.
