Kaitlin Maloney is an associate in the Wilmington, Delaware, office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on the representation of corporations and their directors and officers in derivative litigation and corporate governance litigation and counseling.

Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin practiced for several years in the Wilmington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
