As the chief human resources and administration officer, Julie Beley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

A Pittsburgh native with a passion for human resources and a desire to make a difference in the workplace, Julie moved to the Bay Area after earning her graduate degree, where she held positions in HR in a variety of industries, including financial services and technology. In 2006, Julie joined Wilson Sonsini as manager of compensation and benefits and rose through the ranks to her current position as the chief human resources and  administration officer.

Throughout her career, Julie has been committed to creating supportive and inclusive workplace environments, promoting diversity and equity, and helping organizations attract and retain top talent. She is known for her strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
