Jordanne Steiner is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice.

Jordanne advises clients on complex civil and criminal antitrust matters—ranging from grand jury investigations and civil investigations to private litigation and compliance—across industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and electronic gaming. She specializes in advising clients at the intersection of antitrust and labor and employment laws, with a focus on no-poach agreements, non-competes, wage-fixing, and non-solicitation provisions.

Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Jordanne clerked for the Honorable Judges Nebeker, Ferren, Steadman, Ruiz, and Washington at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
