John Krocak is Of Counsel in the Century City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.  He primarily works with clients in the life sciences and technology industries. He has also spent significant time representing public and private life sciences companies in intellectual property and commercial transactions, including strategic alliances, research and development collaborations, and technology licenses.

John began his legal practice at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, where he was a corporate partner, representing public and private companies in various transactional and finance matters. In addition to his law firm experience, John has held multiple in-house roles of increasing responsibility in life science and diagnostic companies, including Amgen, Beckman Coulter, and Illumina.
